Guardrails & Railings
The full guardrail family: excavation edge guardrail, zinc-steel perimeter railing, road guardrail, PVC railing, movable barrier, slab-edge guardrail, crowd-control barrier and planter railing.
View rangeEdge protection for open excavations, basement pits and slab edges. The family covers two models: a lighter mesh-panel / vertical-tube guardrail on a common 50 × 50 mm square-tube post, and a heavier double-panel or single-panel vertical-tube guardrail on an 8 cm square-tube post with a bolted base flange — choose by how much traffic and load the pit edge carries. Both use a yellow-black warning treatment.
Both versions of this guardrail share the same 50 × 50 mm square-tube post, so a site can run one post line and change the panel type along it. The mesh-panel type uses a 20 × 30 mm or 30 × 30 mm square-tube outer frame around 50 × 50 mm mesh, which keeps the panel light enough for one person to lift into position while still closing the opening against materials and debris. The vertical-tube type uses a 30 × 30 mm outer frame with vertical tubes, with a cleaner face where the barrier is in public view. The family also includes the heavier double-panel and single-panel vertical-tube variant, whose figures are the second group in the table below: an 8 cm square-tube post on a bolted base flange, for pit edges that carry site traffic or need a braced, movable line.
Reference values for both variants of this guardrail: variant A, the general mesh-panel / vertical-tube range on a 50 × 50 mm square-tube post, and variant B, the double-panel / single-panel vertical-tube guardrail specified on this page. Panel length, panel height, post spacing and base fixing are confirmed against an approved shop drawing for each order.

Knocked-down panels and posts, packed so the first delivery on site can be erected as it is unpacked.
Two choices are settled before we pack: whether the run is movable or fixed, and whether the movable panels carry braces. The movable and fixed versions share the same panel and post dimensions; the movable type adds a 20 cm triangular brace in 8 cm square tube at each of its two fixing points. Tell us which version the site needs and we quote the matching panel, post and accessory list.
Mesh panels and posts are stacked face to face, edge-protected and bundled, with the fixing accessories in a labelled bag on the bundle. Bundles are marked with the panel type, the post length and the drawing reference, and the packing method is confirmed per specification on the packing list.
Confirmed per specification — send the drawing, quantity and destination port and we reply with MOQ, loading plan and lead time within one business day. Because the panels and posts nest, the plan is normally driven by bundle count and weight rather than by volume; tell us the container size and we confirm the arrangement.
We issue the proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Documentation against a named standard is confirmed in writing per order. Payment terms and warranty are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice.
