What information do you need for a quotation?
The application: hoarding and site fencing, guardrails and railings, or wire mesh fencing. A drawing or the standard you follow. The panel size, post profile, mesh and finish you need. The quantity. And your destination port. With those five points we confirm price, MOQ, loading plan and lead time — Price: quoted per order, FOB Wuhan / Shanghai, CIF or DDP — and we reply within one business day.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Confirmed per specification — send the drawing, quantity and destination port and we reply with MOQ, loading plan and lead time within one business day. Because panel sizes, post profiles and mesh are made to the ordered specification, the practical minimum follows the specification and the container plan rather than a fixed catalogue figure.
Can you produce to our drawing or to our country's standard?
Yes. Colour-steel hoarding, PVC hoarding, perforated hoarding, temporary hoarding, water-filled barriers, guardrails and mesh fence sections are fabricated to a buyer's drawing or to a nominated standard. Buyers who need CE / EN / ASTM documentation: tell us the standard and we will confirm in writing what we can supply. Mesh size, wire diameter and post spacing are made to the project specification — send us the drawing or the standard you follow.
How are products packed and loaded?
Panels, posts, barriers and mesh fence sections are packed knocked down or assembled, depending on the specification and the handling at your end, and the container loading plan is confirmed per order against the quantity and the destination port, together with the export documentation for that shipment.
What documents do you provide?
Export documentation is prepared per order: packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and the shipping documents your forwarder or bank requires for the destination port. Copies of our licences and qualifications — Work Safety Licence (鄂)JZ安许证字[2022]009342, our Grade II construction enterprise qualifications and Labour Subcontracting Record BA442008834 — are sent as PDFs on request.
Can you help with installation drawings?
Yes. We install and dismantle our own municipal construction-safety products in China, so we can supply setting-out and assembly information for the products we make: panel and post layout, fixing positions and the sequence to follow on site. Send the drawing or the standard you work to, and we will confirm in writing exactly what installation information we can provide for your specification.
