We are an integrated manufacturer covering research and development, production, sales, installation, maintenance and dismantling of municipal construction-safety products. Hoarding and site fencing, guardrails and railings, and wire mesh fencing are made in our Jiangxia District workshop and supplied to municipal, metro and water-project contractors in central China.

Hubei Hongying Guardrail Co., Ltd. was founded in 2014 in Wuhan, Hubei Province. We manufacture, supply, install and dismantle municipal construction-safety products, and the business is organised as one integrated chain: research and development, production, sales, installation, maintenance and dismantling.
Three product families cover what a site or a road project needs. Hoarding and site fencing includes municipal hoarding, colour-steel hoarding, PVC hoarding, perforated hoarding, temporary hoarding, water-filled barriers, high-rise project hoarding, site gates, distribution-box shelters and hoist safety doors. Guardrails and railings covers excavation edge guardrails, zinc-steel perimeter railing, road guardrail, PVC railing, movable barriers, slab-edge guardrail and crowd-control barriers. Wire mesh fencing covers double-wire mesh fence, chain-link fence, peach-post mesh fence, framed mesh fence, highway mesh fence, railway mesh fence, airport security fence, sports court fence, school mesh fence, anti-glare mesh, bridge mesh railing, temporary mesh fence and noise barrier.
The same teams that install and dismantle our own products also fabricate to a buyer's drawing: panels, frames, posts and surface finish are made to the ordered specification rather than pulled from a fixed catalogue.

Colour-steel hoarding, PVC hoarding, perforated hoarding, temporary hoarding, water-filled barriers, guardrails and mesh fence sections are fabricated to the buyer's drawing or to a nominated standard — dimensions, thickness, mesh and finish as ordered.
Documents per order
Export documentation — packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and the shipping documents your bank or forwarder needs — is prepared per order against the confirmed specification.

- Material sourcing and stock: galvanised tube and sheet, colour-steel sheet, PVC board, wire and mesh are sourced and held against the confirmed specification.
- Custom fabrication to drawing: panels, posts, frames and barriers are made to your drawing or to the standard you nominate, and we confirm what we can supply in writing before production starts.
- Container loading: knocked-down or assembled packing is planned per order, and the loading plan is confirmed against the quantity and the destination port you send.
- Export documentation per order: packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and the shipping documents required for your market are prepared for each order.
- One contact per file: your inquiry, drawing review, quotation and order follow-up are handled by one export manager, and we reply within one business day (Mon–Sat, GMT+8).
- Price and terms: Price: quoted per order — FOB Wuhan / Shanghai, CIF or DDP. Payment terms and warranty are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice.
