A plastic barrier that is light to carry and heavy once ballasted with water — used for road and site separation, lane closure and traffic management. We offer the blow-moulded tall barrier and a rotomoulded imported PE type; both are available as a separate quotation.
These are water-ballasted plastic barriers for traffic management: they are carried to site empty and light, filled with water on site, and emptied again when the works move. A single unit is 8–9 kg to lift and 100 kg once filled, so the same barrier that two people can position by hand resists being pushed or blown over. They are used for road works, lane closure and diversions, event separation and crowd lines, and for separating a works area from live traffic.
The tall barrier is blow-moulded in one hollow piece and its height in particular is up to your requirement — the manufacturer quotes 183 cm and describes that figure as customisable, so tell us the height you need and we confirm it on the order drawing. Units connect to one another, which is what turns single barriers into a continuous separation line. Where you would rather work in moulded polyethylene than blow-moulded material, the rotomoulded barrier is made from imported PE.

Barriers travel empty, nested and stacked — the ballast is water, filled on site, so nothing heavy is shipped.
Units are shipped empty and nest inside one another to save space, and are stacked to the height agreed for the order. Packing, banding and any cartons or pallets are confirmed per specification on the packing list, so a buyer receiving a mixed container knows which bundle holds what.
