The zinc-steel perimeter railing is a boundary railing made from hot-dip galvanised steel tube — posts, rails and vertical bars — assembled with bolts rather than welded on site, so a damaged bay can be unbolted and replaced without cutting the run. The base material is hot-dip galvanised steel tube inside and out, a point the manufacturer states on two of its pages, and the finish is applied over that galvanised tube.
The usual section is 1.8 m high × 3 m wide, which the manufacturer treats as the most common size; 1.2 m × 2 m is also a standard section, and a roll mesh version in 1.5 m, 1.8 m or 2 m height by 30 m rolls is supplied for farming use. The manufacturer's published specification for the range gives 2–4 rail levels, posts and rails of 50 × 50 / 40 × 40 mm and vertical bars of 19 × 19 mm, with assembly without welding.
Surface treatment is hot-dip galvanising (热镀锌), hot-dip dipping (热浸塑) or electrostatic spray (静电喷涂), and hot-dip dipping is the most common. On the perimeter-railing page the manufacturer states a four-layer anti-corrosion treatment with a service life of more than ten years; that is the manufacturer's own claim, repeated here as their statement, and we confirm in writing what finish and what warranty wording we can supply for your project.

Before you order
What you need to decide for a zinc-steel perimeter railing
Four decisions fix the price and the delivery of a perimeter railing. Give us these and the quotation can be built on the drawing rather than on assumptions.
Height, section length and total run
The usual section is 1.8 m high × 3 m wide and 1.2 m × 2 m is the other standard section; the range is published as 1.2–2.0 m high with 2–4 rail levels. Send the total run in metres and the corners, gates and steps along it, and the sections and posts are counted from those figures. For farm boundaries the roll mesh version is 1.5 m, 1.8 m or 2 m high in 30 m rolls.
Which surface treatment
Hot-dip galvanising, hot-dip dipping or electrostatic spray are the three published finishes over the hot-dip galvanised tube, and hot-dip dipping is the most common. The finish decides how the railing behaves in coastal air, on a road boundary or against fertiliser and animal waste on a farm, so tell us where it is going and we confirm the finish on the shop drawing.
Colour and the school variant
Seven standard colours — black frosted, milky white, grass green, sky blue, deep pink, light pink and gloss black — with champagne, bronze and imitation copper as special colours. Where the railing surrounds a school or a public building, the school variant uses half-round-head square-neck bolts with anti-theft washers and is generally no higher than 2 m; tell us the site and we quote that variant.

The four-layer anti-corrosion treatment and the service life of more than ten years are the manufacturer's own claims, stated on the perimeter-railing page, and we present them as such rather than as a guarantee. Everything that binds your order — the section sizes, the finish, the colour, the bolt detail and the fixing — is confirmed in writing on the shop drawing before production.

How zinc-steel perimeter railing reaches your site
Posts, rails, vertical bars and bolt packs shipped as one programme — bundled, labelled and loaded to the loading plan agreed for the order.
Export packing
Posts and rails travel as steel-banded bundles, vertical bars and security bolts as separate bundles and bags, and every bundle carries the section size, the finish, the colour and the drawing reference. The packing method is confirmed per specification on the packing list.
Loading plan
Confirmed per specification — send the drawing, quantity and destination port and we reply with MOQ, loading plan and lead time within one business day. Tell us the run in metres, the section sizes and the container size you want to unload and we plan the bundles to it.
Documents & terms
We issue the proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Documentation against a named standard is confirmed in writing per order. Payment terms and warranty are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice.
