Domestic virgin material
A PVC railing is a boundary railing built from extruded PVC profile — horizontal rails and vertical bars between posts — and it is chosen where a steel railing would be the wrong answer: around planted areas and lawns, along a green belt, or on a community boundary where the railing should read as part of the landscape rather than as a security barrier. Because the sections are PVC, the finish is the material itself, and the colour is set by the extrusion rather than by a coating.
The manufacturer publishes the profile sizes for this railing: rails 36 × 56 mm, vertical bars 20 × 46 mm, and posts in three sizes — 58 × 78 mm (small), 88 × 88 mm (medium) and 121 × 121 mm (large). The post size is what the railing is specified by: the small post for short garden and lawn runs, the medium post for the usual community and roadside boundary, and the large post where the railing is taller, more exposed, or carries a longer span between posts.
Colours are white, blue, red, green and others, and the railing is made from domestic virgin material — that is, material produced from new resin rather than from reground or recycled stock. The manufacturer publishes no figure for the run length or the height of a standard section, so those are made to the drawing: send the run in metres, the height you want and the colour reference, and we confirm the sections, the post size and the panel layout on the shop drawing.

What you need to decide for a PVC railing
Three decisions carry a PVC railing order: the post size, the colour, and the run with its height and post spacing.
Which post size
Three posts are published: 58 × 78 mm (small), 88 × 88 mm (medium) and 121 × 121 mm (large). The small post suits short garden and lawn runs, the medium post the usual community and roadside boundary, and the large post a taller or more exposed railing or a longer span between posts. Tell us the total run and the height and we confirm the post size on the drawing.
Colour
White, blue, red, green and others. With a PVC profile the colour runs through the section rather than sitting on it as a coating, so the colour is part of the extrusion order — send the reference you want and we confirm the colour and the batch on the shop drawing before production.
Run, height and post spacing
The manufacturer publishes the profile sections but no standard run or height, so the railing is cut to your drawing. Give us the run in metres with the corners, ends and any gate, the height you want and the post spacing you need, and the rails, bars and posts are counted from those figures.
Where it is going
A PVC railing is a boundary and landscape railing, not a vehicle barrier and not a security fence. Packing & shipping
How PVC railing reaches your site
Rails, bars and posts shipped as one programme — bundled, labelled and loaded to the loading plan agreed for the order.
Export packing
Rails and posts are bundled by profile size and bars are bundled separately, with the colour and the drawing reference on every bundle. PVC profile is light for its volume, so the bundles are banded so that they can be handled without flexing the sections, and the packing method is confirmed per specification on the packing list.
Loading plan
Confirmed per specification — send the drawing, quantity and destination port and we reply with MOQ, loading plan and lead time within one business day. Give us the run in metres, the post size and the container size and we work the bundles and the stacking to it.
Documents & terms
We issue the proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Documentation against a named standard is confirmed in writing per order. Payment terms and warranty are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice.
