This hoarding separates the two jobs a hoarding does: the structure and the face. A galvanised tube carries the load inside, and a PVC shell around it, with a 20 mm PVC panel in the slot, presents the face. The result is a run with no raw steel visible on the outside and a face that takes colour cleanly — which is why it is used on frontages, entrances and compounds where the hoarding is part of how the site looks rather than only a barrier.
The post is a 120×120 mm PVC shell over an 80×80×0.8 mm galvanised tube. The galvanised core is what resists the wind and carries the panel line; the PVC shell is what the public sees, and it does not need repainting to keep its appearance. The panel is 20 mm PVC in a custom colour, so the face colour is chosen for the project rather than taken from stock, and it is held by a galvanised slot with a 40 square-tube brace behind the run.
Because the panel is a solid 20 mm PVC section, the finished face is smoother and more uniform than a thin corrugated sheet, and it can be cleaned down when the site is presented to the public. The same property makes the panel the part to protect in transit and on site, and it is the part we ask buyers to specify carefully: colour, panel band height and run height are the three figures that decide what is made.

These are the points that settle a PVC hoarding enquiry. All of them are questions we put to you, because the manufacturer publishes fixed sections but no fixed run height or post spacing, and the panel colour is made to order.
- Site conditions: whether the posts stand on concrete or paving, or on ground that needs a foundation detail.
- Wind load: how exposed the run is, which sets the post spacing and the brace positions behind the PVC face.
- Panel height: the run height you need, the panel band height, and whether the published 20 mm panel section suits the height.
- Foundation and fixing: the base detail for the ground you have, agreed on the drawing.
- Colour: the panel colour, given that the manufacturer publishes the panel as a custom colour rather than a stock list.
- Access points: where vehicles and pedestrians must pass, so gate and opening positions are set on the drawing.
- Reuse: whether the PVC panels and post shells must come down and go up again on the next site, which decides how they are fixed and packed.

Export packing
PVC panels are stacked flat and separated so the faces do not rub, and post shells, galvanised cores, slots and braces are bundled by type. Banding, pallets and any cartons are confirmed per specification on the packing list, so a buyer receiving a mixed container knows which bundle holds what.
Loading plan
Confirmed per specification — send the drawing, quantity and destination port and we reply with MOQ, loading plan and lead time within one business day. The load is governed by bundle length against container length; tell us the container size and the maximum post length and we plan to it.
Documents & terms
We issue the proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Documentation against a named standard is confirmed in writing per order. Payment terms and warranty are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice.
