View rangeInterlocking steel barrier sections with removable feet, set out to guide a queue or hold a crowd line at an event, a venue or a works entrance. Panel size and finish are made to the project specification.
A crowd-control barrier is a steel barrier section that is set down on its own feet and linked to the sections either side of it, so that a row of sections becomes a line that a crowd cannot walk through but that a marshal can still pick up and re-route. The feet come off, which is what makes the product practical: sections stack flat for transport and storage, and a run can be re-laid in a different shape each time it is used.
It is used to guide people rather than to stop vehicles: queuing lanes and ticket lines at an entrance, a barrier line in front of a stage or a pitch, a pedestrian route separated from a working area, a works entrance kept clear, or the perimeter of a fenced-off section at a public event. Because the sections interlock, a run holds its line under crowd pressure instead of being pushed apart at the joints — the connection between sections is the part that does the work.
The manufacturer publishes no panel size, frame section or weight for this barrier, so the panel size and the finish are made to the project specification. Tell us the length of line you need to hold, whether the sections have to fold or stack for transport, whether the feet must come off, the finish you want, and the destination port, and we confirm the panel and the connection on the shop drawing before production. Where the requirement is a vehicle barrier rather than a crowd line, the road guardrail and the movable barrier in the same family are quoted for that duty.
A crowd-control order is decided by the line to be held, the way sections join, the feet and the finish.
Panel length and height are made to the project specification — the manufacturer publishes no catalogue size. Give us the length of line, the shape it has to take and the height you need, and the panel and frame section are confirmed on the shop drawing. Queuing lanes usually want a shorter panel so the run can turn a corner.
The joint is the working part of a crowd barrier: a pin, a hook or a bolted plate decides whether the run stays in line when a crowd leans on it. Tell us whether the barrier has to stay linked under crowd pressure or must be opened quickly at a gate point, and the connection is confirmed on the shop drawing.
Removable feet are what make the sections stack flat, and flat stacking is what makes a set of barriers economic to ship and to store between events. Tell us who handles them and how they are carried or trolleyed, and the foot detail and the stacking height are planned to that.
The finish is made to the project specification and follows how much the set will be handled and whether it is stored outdoors. A crowd barrier is not a vehicle barrier and not a permanent fence — tell us if the requirement is actually one of those and we will quote the road guardrail or the zinc-steel perimeter railing from the same family instead.
The manufacturer publishes no figures for this barrier, so every row below that is not a project decision is marked made to the project specification — send us the drawing or the standard you follow.

Sections and feet shipped as one programme — stacked, bundled and loaded to the loading plan agreed for the order.
Sections are stacked flat and steel-banded into bundles, and the feet travel bundled separately so that the whole set can be stored in the same footprint between events. Every bundle carries the panel reference, the finish and the drawing number, and the packing method is confirmed per specification on the packing list.
Confirmed per specification — send the drawing, quantity and destination port and we reply with MOQ, loading plan and lead time within one business day. Flat-stacking sections load densely, so give us the number of sections and the container size and we work the bundle count and the stacking to it.
We issue the proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Documentation against a named standard is confirmed in writing per order. Payment terms and warranty are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice.
