Hoarding & Site Fencing
The full works-area family: municipal, colour-steel, PVC, perforated, temporary and high-rise project hoarding, simple panel hoarding, site gates, distribution-box shelters and hoist safety doors.
View rangeA decorative hoarding: a printed colour-steel upper band showing a blue-sky graphic, over a green louvred perforated lower band, on half-round shaped posts. It is the hoarding chosen where the works boundary has to look presentable for a long run along a public street.
This hoarding is specified for how it looks along a street rather than for how much it weighs. The published panel is 2.5×6 m, and the face is split into two 480 mm bands: an upper band in printed colour steel carrying the blue-sky graphic, over a lower band in green louvred perforated sheet. A 60 mm U-section caps the top of the run, and the posts are half-round shaped sections with an 80×80×0.9 mm concealed post behind the face.
The 6 m panel is the figure that shapes everything else. It is a long, two-and-a-half-metre-high unit, so it is carried on the shaped post and the concealed post rather than on a dense line of small posts — fewer, larger posts along the frontage is part of why this hoarding looks calmer than a panel-and-post site fence. The concealed 80×80×0.9 mm post sits behind the joint between panels and keeps the printed face flush, and the 60 mm U-section cap closes the top edge so the panel line reads as one continuous band.
The two bands do two different jobs. The printed upper band is the visible graphic, and the green louvred lower band is perforated, so the bottom of the face ventilates while the top carries the image. The published lower band is green; if a project needs a different graphic or a different split between the bands, that is confirmed on the order rather than assumed, because the printed artwork and the band heights are cut together.
Tell us the total run length, the height, the ground fixing, the printed artwork and the band split, and we confirm post spacing, panel layout, cap detail and packing as one specification.
The figures below are the manufacturer's published data for this hoarding, reproduced as published. Post spacing and total length are not published as fixed numbers — they follow the site, so they are confirmed on the order drawing.

This product is bought for its face, so most of the decisions are about the printed band and the layout. All of the points below are questions we put to you.
The printed panels are the part that must arrive unmarked, so they are stacked and separated from the steel.
Printed panels are stacked flat with separators between faces so the graphic is not rubbed or scratched, and posts, concealed posts, caps and fittings are bundled by type. Banding, edge protection, pallets and any cartons are confirmed per specification on the packing list.
Confirmed per specification — send the drawing, quantity and destination port and we reply with MOQ, loading plan and lead time within one business day. The 6 m panel is the long member, so tell us the container size and the post length and we plan the panel bundles and the steel to fit.
We issue the proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Documentation against a named standard is confirmed in writing per order. Payment terms and warranty are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice.
