Wire Mesh Fencing
The full mesh family: double-wire, chain-link, peach-post, framed, highway, railway, airport, sports court, school, anti-glare, bridge, temporary mesh fence and noise barrier.
View rangeA glare screen for highway medians and bridges, built from low-carbon steel plate or stainless steel plate in an expanded metal structure. The screen is set along the median or parapet so that oncoming headlight beams are cut rather than passed down the carriageway.
Anti-glare mesh is made from low-carbon steel plate or stainless steel plate. The screen is an expanded metal structure welded from expanded metal, special-section tube, side lugs and round tube, and it is connected to hot-dip galvanised posts. The expanded metal is what breaks up the beam of an oncoming headlight along the median or bridge line.
The surface is PVC dipped — the manufacturer describes the treatment as coating, spraying or dipping — hot-dip galvanised, or electro-galvanised. Where the exposure calls for it, the screen is supplied with a galvanised-plus-coated double layer, so the steel carries a galvanised base under the coating.
The manufacturer's own wording for the dipping process is 高效浸塑,十年防锈 — high-efficiency dipping, ten years anti-rust. That is the manufacturer's claim for its own process and not a certificate: it is not issued as a test report or a third-party approval, and warranty terms are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice.
Anti-glare mesh is used on highway medians and bridges, where the screen has to cut headlight glare between opposing carriageways or along a bridge deck.
Five choices fix the screen and its posts, and they all have to be settled before we can confirm the build in writing.
The materials, structure and surface treatments below are the manufacturer's published data for this product. Screen height, panel size and post spacing are confirmed on an approved shop drawing before production.
